Easter Weekend

What a great weekend, the best Easter weather in years!
We started by going to a Easter Egg Hunt at the hospital where I worked.
Then we went to Purina Farms to see the Barn Babies
Then it was off to color eggs with the neighbors grandkids
Easter Morning, dressed and off to church!
The rest of the day was spent with fun and games!

Build A Bear Day
ommy got suckered in by a coupon, so we went off to Build-A-Bear for an early Easter Present. Payton picked out (yes she did, even though it was my first choice too) a "Scruffy Dog" to take home.
First she had to help stuff it... Then she had to find a heart and rub it for good luck...

As we left for dinner, I guess the exhaustion had finally caught up...
To finish the day off, we waited for yummy Olive Garden!

Then we placed the heart inside with lots of love.....
Now it was time to clean her up and give her a bath and dry her hair...
Let's see we need a name, and "Molly Dog" it is...

Nightgowns have become the new fashion statement in our house (along with the shoes!)
We do not have to be in the house for more than a few minutes and we want to put on a "Princess Dress".
As a few of Payton's nightgowns are getting small, I have been on the lookout for more, and go figue that are hard to find right now. I did by chance go over to the little girls section of Kohls and found one that would probably last a while (better for the price anyway, LoL) This one went to her feet and she loves it.
Looks like the new Donna Reed...

This is the Kitchen that Santa brought for Christmas
Getting a start on St. Patty's Day.
A small town down the road was having a Parade. I was told that it was getting to be a pretty big event. Since Payton had never been to a Parade, I figured that ths was a good one to start with and a much more PG-rated one than going to the big one downtown.

Chilling before we leave with all our Green on!
We were worried about the candy once it started to get tossed out, but I really wanted to get a pic of her waving to everyone it was too cute but hard as I was holding her for the whole hour.
She had the Miss America wave down pat!
